Production begins only after customer approval of the final proof where applicable.

Customers agree to indemnify Smriti Print House against any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement claims arising from submitted materials.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for convenience only.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with supporting photographs.

Smriti Print House reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any replacement or refund

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper handling after delivery

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused during installation by third parties

• Environmental exposure beyond product specifications

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smriti Print House shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business

• Delayed delivery caused by third parties

• Customer artwork errors

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
